LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an innovative process to improve innovation and business performance. Based on research showing that this type of hands-on learning leads to a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports effective dialogue - for everyone involved in an organization. It is an innovative, experimental process designed to improve innovation and business performance.

It is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving process in which participants are guided through a series of questions that delve deeper into the topic. In response to questions from the facilitator, each participant builds their own 3D LEGO® model using specially selected LEGO® elements. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussions, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

It is a technique that improves group problem solving. By using visual, auditory and kinesthetic skills, participants are motivated to learn and listen. This method gives all participants a voice. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology serves as a common language regardless of culture or position and requires a qualified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.

Burkhard Lahr Consultants offers you not only the Moderation of your workshops but also to train interested employees to become certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators to train.
